How to RSVP to an event

Step-by-step for guests attending a Gatherly event.

The RSVP Process

When you receive a Gatherly link, follow these steps to secure your spot:

  1. 1Open the link in any modern web browser.
  2. 2Review the event details (time, location, host) on the main landing page.
  3. 3Look for the large RSVP button near the bottom of the screen or in the sticky footer bar.
  4. 4Select your status: Going, Maybe, or Can't Go.
  5. 5If you aren't logged in, you can quickly provide your name and email to finalize your response.
  6. 6Optionally, you can leave a 'Comment' for the host to see.
